i chose to do this because the waves of the water looked pretty i picked to do this monster because he is  a sea monster and he belongs in a sea this assignment was pretty easy for the most part only hard part was trying to think of what to drawing on the picture.

Toon Town Photo Bomb

I picked a beach and Bugs Bunny because theres a carton when Bugs Bunny is trying to get to Pismo Beach and takes a wrong turn at Albuquerque and gets into a big racket, I thought it was finally time he spent digging tunnels through half the country paid off. Bugs Bunny was one of my favourite cartoons so that's why I picked him.      In movies like Roger Rabbit, a similar technique is used to bring imaginary characters to life, I think it is really cool that they can do this, but I would never want it to be my job because it is really time consuming just to make one picture. It takes years to make a movie like Cars.      I found all the pictures I used off Google.

Before the War

I chose this picture because it seemed easier. It was closer up with a lot less small details and there was less damage. The other picture was full of lines and stuff and this one only had a small hole in it. The background has a lot less detail so it is easier to match everything up when you're using the cloning tool.      The part that was the hardest was using Pixlr. It kept deleting my pictures and I had to do it all over like 3 times.      I have never retouched a photo before and hopefully i will never have to do it again.      I would never want to do this for a living, I hate technology and try to avoid it at any cost. I hate using the editing apps I can't stand it.

Freak of Nature (Editing Exercise #1)

Image
I selected the animals I did because I thought they would be the easiest. The first thing that came to my mind was a cat, and I decided to cross it with a bear because they're both black. I know it doesn't look very natural but I guess since it is called "Freak of Nature" that doesn't really matter.      I found this entire project to be challenging because I am not very good with computers. The only easy part of this process was picking the pictures because I just looked through the pictures ad picked out the cutest ones.      I don't think my picture is all that realistic. If I was walking around outside and saw a bear with a giant cat head I would be pretty scared. The reason it doesn't look that realistic is I think the cat's head is a little weird on the bears body but that's okay.     I have never used photo editing software before and I don't plan on using it again unless I have to. I do not enjoy t...

Camera Techniques (video)

Camera Techniques:

Rule of Thirds   -This technique talks about how to section off your photo for a better outcome. The thing I like about this technique is how simple it is. It can make an amateur photographer's work look professional so easily. I really like the look of a photo when the main object is not completely centred. Fill in the Frame  -This video taught me to take close ups for a more detailed finish. The pictures it showed looked completely different just by changing the photographers position. Framing  -Fill in the frame is important because it makes the main focus of your picture pop out more. When there is something in the background of the picture it makes everything seem more interesting. Point of View -This technique is used a lot. When you take pictures from different angles or point of views it can make a world of difference in the quality of the photo. This technique allows different aspects of the object being photographed as well as different details and dif...
